What kind of products do you provide?On JohXJoh, you will find canvases, prints, custom one of a kind pieces, and merch.

What if an art piece I want is out of stock?-I will do my best to keep my website updated with ONLY pieces that are in stock. Unfortunately canvases and custom pieces are a onetime sell, as they are originals. Once they are sold, they are sold. -As far as prints and merch are concerned, I am able to restock those. If you see that they are out of stock, just know that I am working on refilling the item. Make sure you are connected with me via social media and or my mailing list, so you will be notified when items have been restocked.

What do I do if I want a custom piece?If you want a custom piece or want to inquire about how much a custom piece would cost, you will: -Hover over or click "Contact Us" in the menu bar. -Then click "Price Quote". - Fill out the form with what you want, what size you want, and any custom request so that I may give you a more accurate estimate. -Please also include your location so I can give you shipping prices as well.

How do I purchase an art piece?If you’re ready to purchase right then: -Click the "Buy it Now" button, where you will be taken to the "Ready to Purchase" form. Fill out the form with all the necessary information and submit it. You will be sent a confirmation of receipt of submission. An invoice detailing the items/prices, shipping, any special request, and how to go about paying will be sent to you within 24-48hrs. So keep an eye out on your email. Still shopping or want a few more pieces: -Click "Add to Cart" button. When ready to checkout click "View Cart", or hit the cart icon in the top right hand corner. Highlight and copy the contents of your cart, then click the "Ready to Purchase" button. This will bring to the "Ready to Purchase" form, where you will past your shopping cart contents in the "Shopping List". Follow instructions to fill out form completely and submit it. You will be sent a confirmation of receipt of submission. An invoice detailing the items/prices, shipping, any special request, and how to go about paying will be sent to you within 24-48hrs. So keep an eye out on your email.

Can I pay installments on a piece?YES, you can pay in installments. When you are filling out the "Ready to Purchase" form, make sure to indicate that you want to make installments, how many installments you want to make, and how frequent you would like to make them. You will receive invoices for these installements per the frequencey you choose. Note: Your pieces will not be sent until full balance is paid in full!

Do you ship? (How do I receive my art piece?)YES! I ship pieces. In some cases I will deliever/drop-off art pieces, but I do offer pick-up as well.

How long should I expect to receive my art piece?There are different variables that will impact the receipt of your art piece. If you are purchasing a piece that is available in stock (on site) then the turn around time for shipping is 3-5 days. If you are getting a custom piece made the typical turnaround time work for all jobs is 15-20 business days after final idea is finalized. Receipt times although may vary depending on: what exactly you want/what you are getting, as well as if you are paying installments and when the balance is paid in full. Once piece is finished and the final product is given an ok by customer, then the piece will be sent out in 3-5 days. Note: Once your piece(s) have been sent off, you will receive and confirmation email and/or text message with the tracking number and expected delivery date.

Do you accept refunds and returns?Returns and refunds will not be accepted.Please read the description of the items carefully before purchasing. If product arrives damage please contact meand send pictures the day of receipt and we will work something out. My goal is to make sure my customers are satisfied with every purchase!
